Welcome to the Healing Tree – an aid to your recovery

Welcome to the Healing Tree, which has been developed to help you to heal and recover from your emotional stress. Revive Community believe that recovery comes after right understanding, knowledge and learning to care for yourself, in body, mind and spirit. The Healing Tree is based on the principle that we all have the capacity to recover from difficult circumstances, and that we find strength through adversity.

The Healing Tree is very practical. You may, for example, feel more angry than usual. Or you might want to look at how to keep yourself safe whilst you recover. There are lots of ideas to help you recover.

To read what is on each leaf, just click on the leaf that you want. You can move around the different leaves on the Healing Tree depending on how you feel today.  We do suggest that you start with Telling your Story plus Keeping yourself safe, if you feel that is relevant to your circumstances.

We also advise that you do something that brings you “down to earth” after you have “explored” the Tree. You could make yourself a cup of tea or go for a walk, for example.
